We are looking for a relationship-driven and strategic Part-Time Partnership Strategist to join a forward-thinking UK-based company. In this role, you will identify, develop, and nurture partnerships that expand the company’s reach, create new revenue opportunities, and enhance brand positioning. Your work will combine market research, outreach, event sourcing, and collaboration with marketing to ensure mutually beneficial, long-term business relationships. In Short

  • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities in target industries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct research to identify potential partners and industry influencers.
  • Approach and engage prospective partners through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Source and arrange speaking engagements, sponsorships, and networking events.
  • Represent the company at virtual and in-person events (as required).
  • Maintain accurate records of partnership activities and interactions in the CRM.
  • Monitor partnership performance and impact against agreed objectives.
  • Work with marketing to create partnership-related content and campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on partnership activities and performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic relationship management.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and CRM systems for relationship tracking.
  • Skilled in identifying and leveraging networking opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.
  • Access to a reliable laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet working environment.
