Overview

IXL Learning, a developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a Strategic Partnership Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support Los Angeles Unified School District.

In Short

• Deliver high-quality professional learning sessions for LAUSD administrators and educators.
• Collaborate with district leaders to implement IXL in schools.
• Travel locally for professional development sessions (up to 60% travel).
• Utilize data to inform strategies and decision-making.
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to grow customer relationships.
• Support the R&D Partnerships for Math Equity grant.
• Must have 7+ years of educational professional development experience.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills required.
• Must live close to a major airport.
• Full-time remote position for candidates in Los Angeles, CA.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• Experience as a school or district administrator or extensive experience delivering PD.
• Experience in K-12 education preferred.
• Familiarity with web-based technologies for instruction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Self-starter with a passion for improving education.
• Strategic thinker and problem-solver.
