Overview

Bree is a consumer finance platform that aims to provide better financial services to Canadians living paycheck to paycheck. As a Creative Strategist, you will partner with the team to enhance the ad production pipeline.

In Short

Draft and refine production-ready creative briefs.
Source and onboard creators aligned with Bree’s mission.
Project-manage ad productions from ideation to launch.
Maintain an organized asset library of references and finished ads.
Collaborate with the Creative Strategist to iterate on ad performance.
Liaise with Growth to track creative performance.
Uphold brand guidelines across all creator content.

Requirements

A social media following to demonstrate content understanding.
High attention to detail and pride in work.
Strong project-management skills.
Familiarity with UGC best practices.
Comfort reviewing edits in tools like Frame.io or Dropbox Replay.
Excellent written communication skills.
