Requirements

• Experience in sourcing or recruiting.
• Strong understanding of global talent sourcing.
• Experience with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
