• You will find and contact suitable candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms for our exciting client projects.
• You will create convincing and personalized cover letters that are genuinely read.
• You will work closely with our project managers and develop a good sense for our target profiles.
• After training, you will take on initial phone pre-qualifications.
• You will learn modern recruiting tools, automation, and clear processes – and contribute your ideas.

Requirements

• Initial experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition – or a strong motivation to learn.
• You are proficient in writing, curious, and can communicate well with people – both on the phone and in writing.
• You are eager to dive into tech or finance profiles.
• Tools like LinkedIn, Notion, ChatGPT, or applicant databases do not intimidate you.
• Taking responsibility is a plus for you, not a problem.
