Overview

Join our Talent Acquisition Team at AUTO1 Group as a Recruiter (d/m/w) Active Sourcing. Your main responsibility will be to find talents and build a strong talent pool for current and future staffing needs, especially in our core areas such as production and procurement.

In Short

• Be part of our international Talent Sourcing Team and work on recruiting projects to find the best talents for AUTO1 Group.
• Develop creative ideas for direct outreach to mechanics and buyers using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Regularly try out new tools for direct contact and proactively reach out to candidates via phone and in writing.
• Independently manage research projects and find innovative ways to attract and engage candidates.
• Build a strong talent pool for current and future staffing needs by establishing long-term relationships with internal and external partners.
• Ideally, bring some experience in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, Research, Project Management, or Customer Service.
• Possess excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Have a proactive attitude and work solution-oriented.
• Show quick comprehension and a desire to develop further knowledge about sourcing tools and techniques.
• 100% remote work from anywhere in Germany with full-time hours.

Requirements

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage research projects independently.
