Bilingual Accounts Payable Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in managing vendor relationships and payables operations.

In Short

• Process and record invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Generate and maintain A/P reports, aging schedules, and reconciliations.
• Communicate with clients and vendors to clarify billing issues or resolve discrepancies.
• Troubleshoot A/P issues and ensure accuracy of payments.
• Manage vendor inquiries in both English and Spanish.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting.
• Maintain organized documentation for audit and compliance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting roles.
• Strong A/P knowledge, including invoice processing.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Client-facing experience with a professional approach.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with accounting software like Sage, QuickBooks, or NetSuite.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
