Overview

Remote People is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-oriented Account Executive to join their team in the North America region. The ideal candidate will have a robust background within the HR tech space, with experience in outbound sales to the mid-market sector.

In Short

  • Lead outbound sales efforts across North America.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Leverage an existing network of clients and partners for new business opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs and position solutions accordingly.
  • Identify new markets and opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting.
  • Maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience, with 2 years in outbound sales within HR tech.
  • Strong existing network within the HR tech industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the EOR and payroll landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
