Overview

The Offboarding Manager at RemoFirst will be responsible for managing the employee offboarding processes for global clients, ensuring compliance with local labor laws while providing a seamless experience for departing employees.

In Short

  • Manage end-to-end offboarding processes across multiple countries.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and EOR regulations.
  • Prepare and process termination documentation.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients during offboarding.

  • Maintain accurate records of offboarded employees.
  • Stay updated on labor law changes and best practices.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple cases.
