Overview

As an Offboarding Manager at RemoFirst, you will manage employee offboarding processes for a global Employer of Record company, ensuring a professional and compliant experience for departing employees.

In Short

  • Manage end-to-end offboarding processes across multiple countries.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and EOR regulations.
  • Prepare and process termination documentation.
  • Act as a primary contact for clients during offboarding.
  • Coordinate with payroll teams for final settlements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of offboarded employees.
  • Handle sensitive conversations with departing employees.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and employees.
  • Stay updated on labor law changes and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in offboarding or HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of global labor laws.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
