Overview

As a Hiring Success Manager at RemoFirst, you will serve as a trusted advisor for clients and their global employees, overseeing the onboarding process and ensuring compliance with local employment regulations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Support/SaaS.
  • Experience with Employer of Record or global HR.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and compliance awareness.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Enjoy collaboration and teamwork across diverse backgrounds.
