Overview

The Client Success Manager for APAC at SEON will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers maximize the value of SEON’s fraud prevention solutions, focusing on onboarding, account management, and customer satisfaction.

• Onboard and implement new customers for a seamless experience.
• Engage with existing accounts to understand and optimize their fraud challenges.
• Collaborate with global teams to support APAC-specific needs.
• Lead the onboarding process for new customers.
• Monitor performance and optimize rules accuracy for major accounts.
• Conduct product training and workshops for customers.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Act as the voice of the customer for product feedback.
• Stay updated on fraud trends and industry best practices.
• Travel as required to meet customers and attend events.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation roles.
• Strong understanding of API-based SaaS solutions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with enterprise customers and major accounts.
• Analytical mindset to monitor fraud trends.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional APAC languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
