• Serve as the primary contact for merchant partners in the sports and outdoor sector.
• Conduct regular strategy sessions to boost merchant KPIs.
• Provide hands-on support and troubleshoot merchant issues.

• Advocate for merchants' needs within the company.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure merchant success.
• Monitor merchant health metrics to drive retention and growth.

Requirements

• Commit to at least 3 days/week in the Denver office.
• 3+ years in customer success, analytics, or related roles.
• Strong relationship-building skills with decision-makers.
• Experience with data analysis tools like Excel and Looker.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts.
• Knowledge of online shopping trends and passion for sports/outdoors.
