Senior Solutions Consultant, Identity Verification (IDV) - Remote

Overview

The Senior Solutions Consultant will support presales engagements by delivering IDV solutions that address complex identity verification needs for regulated industries.

In Short

• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Scope, design, and deliver IDV solutions.
• Lead product demonstrations and technical discovery sessions.
• Document and design IDV workflows including API integrations.
• Conduct structured POCs/POVs with performance KPIs.
• Maintain expertise on IDV industry standards and regulations.
• Support sales enablement through playbooks and demo assets.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to resolve technical blockers.
• Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of solutions based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• 4+ years in solutions consulting or sales engineering.
• Familiarity with IDV technologies and compliance requirements.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and SDK integration.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Prior experience in regulated industries is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
