Requirements

• Knowledge of construction projects and finance systems.
• Experience in Cost/Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying.
• Degree educated with a relevant professional qualification.
• Experience using auditing software and strong IT skills.
• Ability to deliver to deadlines and build strong client relationships.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Understanding of common forms of contract preferred.
• Proactive management of commissions and client objectives.
• Development of team skills through coaching and mentoring.
