The Staff Customer Engineer at Reltio is responsible for ensuring best-in-class service to customers using Reltio Data-driven applications, leading a high-performance team dedicated to exceptional technical assistance and customer service.

Lead the US Customer Engineering team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
8+ years of programming experience (Java, Javascript, Python).
8+ years in Master Data Management (MDM) software development.
Experience with enterprise applications and big data platforms.
Strong understanding of object-oriented design and performance optimization.
Experience with NoSQL databases and distributed data systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to navigate technical conversations with various audiences.
