Overview

The Staff Customer Engineer at Reltio is responsible for ensuring best-in-class service to customers using Reltio Data-driven applications, leading a high-performance team dedicated to exceptional technical assistance and customer service.

In Short

  • Lead the US Customer Engineering team.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Guide and mentor customer engineers.
  • Develop and implement best practices for incident management.
  • Monitor customer feedback and trends.
  • Work in a 24x7 SaaS environment.
  • Proactively identify and address recurring problems.
  • Stay updated on platform knowledge and features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of programming experience (Java, Javascript, Python).
  • 8+ years in Master Data Management (MDM) software development.
  • Experience with enterprise applications and big data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design and performance optimization.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases and distributed data systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate technical conversations with various audiences.
