Overview

As a Technical Writer at Reltio, you will create clear, concise, and user-focused documentation for Reltio’s data and API platforms, helping users confidently adopt AI-driven features and data services.

In Short

• Write and maintain product docs, API guides, and release notes for cloud-based apps.
• Translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable language.
• Document AI-based workflows and automation tools.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers.
• Apply Reltio’s editorial and DITA standards.
• Improve documentation based on feedback and metrics.
• Support content creation for tutorials and UI-integrated help.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of technical writing experience in enterprise SaaS or cloud platforms.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Familiarity with AI/ML terminology.
• Hands-on knowledge of DITA, XML, or structured authoring.
• Experience with tools like Oxygen XML, Confluence, and Jira.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Exposure to AI-powered authoring workflows.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience.
