Experian Health is looking for a Technical Writer to join our dynamic Product team, playing a critical part in shaping how we communicate complex, data-driven healthcare solutions to internal and external audiences.

In Short

• Create documentation that supports product migrations, updates, and launches.
• Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts.
• Maintain and evolve documentation standards, templates, and style guides.
• Support incident response by producing accurate change communications.

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in technical writing.
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication or related field.
• Experience creating documentation for diverse audiences.
• 4+ years' experience with content management systems and documentation platforms.
• Familiarity with accessibility and legal compliance in documentation.
