Overview

The Customer Engineer provides expert technical support to high-value customers, resolving complex issues and proactively ensuring system health while enhancing overall customer satisfaction and product improvement.

In Short

  • Handle complex technical problems including configuration, integration, and debugging.
  • Resolve customer technical issues through research and troubleshooting.
  • Provide high-quality customer engineering assistance.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for multiple product features.
  • Attend client meetings to analyze and troubleshoot problems.
  • Participate in rapid response teams with engineering and DevOps.
  • Monitor alerting tools and communicate for escalation prevention.
  • Provide input on product enhancements to improve customer use.
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical issues.
  • Share best practices and author technical documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience with MDM solutions.
  • 3+ years supporting enterprise SaaS products.
  • 3+ years experience with Public Clouds (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • 3+ years with REST APIs and integration tools.
  • Experience as a software/support/solution engineer.
  • Experience in data management and analytics.
  • Hands-on programming experience (Python, Java).
  • Knowledge of scalable data systems.
