Overview

As a Customer Engineer at Reltio, you will provide expert technical support to high-value customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving complex issues while contributing to product improvement.

In Short

  • Handle complex technical problems for customers, including configuration and integration.
  • Resolve customer technical issues through research and troubleshooting.
  • Provide high-quality customer engineering assistance.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on product features.
  • Participate in meetings with clients to analyze problems.
  • Monitor alerting tools for escalation prevention.
  • Communicate proactively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical issues.
  • Author technical documents for the knowledge base.
  • Lead support initiatives for organizational improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 3+ years experience with cloud MDM solutions.
  • 3+ years supporting SaaS products in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure services.
  • 3+ years experience with REST APIs and integration tools.
  • Programming experience in Python or Java.
  • Experience in data management and analytics.
  • Knowledge of scalable data systems and distributed technology.
