Relay is on a mission to increase the success rate of small businesses through an all-in-one, collaborative money management platform. As part of our People team, we are looking for a Talent Enablement Coach to help shape the way we learn, lead, and thrive together.

Requirements

• 5+ years in talent development or coaching.
• Certified coach (ICF ACC or equivalent).
• Experience designing learning experiences.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, startup environments.
• Excellent facilitator and communicator.
• Balance empathy with accountability.
• Data-informed and feedback-driven.
• Collaborative and influential across teams.
• Strong command of adult learning principles.
