Overview

We are looking for a Regional Sales Executive to lead end-to-end consultative sales processes in a Mexican healthtech company that is revolutionizing medical diagnosis in Latin America through artificial intelligence. The selected individual will be responsible for driving commercial expansion in the region, developing strategies from prospecting to closing, in a challenging, dynamic, and highly in-person environment.

  • Lead the complete sales cycle (prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing) in a consultative and personalized manner.
  • Prospect and prioritize strategic clients (hospitals, clinics, laboratories) with a focus on in-person engagement.
  • Conduct field visits, including meetings with doctors and key personnel, building long-term relationships.
  • Lead product demonstrations based on the specific needs of the client.
  • Close deals with excellence, ensuring a smooth transition to the teams responsible for activation and customer success.
  • Thoroughly document all information and activity in CRM (HubSpot).
  • Represent the company at industry events and professional networks.
  • Actively participate in the regional brand expansion, generating new business opportunities in different countries.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a consultative and in-person focus.
  • Experience selling complex products or software (ideally SaaS) to large companies or institutions.
  • Previous experience in expanding a brand or product in multiple markets.
  • Responsibility for accurately and continuously following up on each stage of the sales process.
  • Ability to generate demand from scratch: cold calling, using tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Luxa, etc.
  • High level of self-management and autonomy to organize their own schedules and prospect in the field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Desire to be close to the client: a large part of the time will be spent in the field.
  • Experience working in startups or high-growth environments (desirable).
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
