Account Executive - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage projects from start to finish, providing close attention and follow-up. The ideal candidate must have experience in project management, knowledge of printing and prepress systems, and a results-oriented attitude. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the proper execution of projects and client satisfaction.

In Short

• Direct client attention ensuring smooth and effective communication.
• Management and follow-up of projects from conception to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Preparation of high-quality files for printing vendors according to prepress and labeling systems.
• Coordination with internal teams and suppliers to ensure projects are executed according to requirements and specifications.
• Preparation of reports and updates on project status to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Administration, Communication, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office.
• Advanced English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of printing and prepress systems.
• Knowledge and implementation of labeling.
• Experience with CRM or approval flow software or packaging (desirable).
• Teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, responsible attitude, with excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and prioritize tasks.
