Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager for Immunology at Regeneron, you will lead the sales team in the South & East region of France, aiming to accelerate growth and bring innovative medicines to market.

In Short

  • Lead and coach the Sales Specialist Team in the designated area.
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and training to ensure team success.
  • Expand Regeneron's reputation with Key HCPs.
  • Develop and operationalize Regional and Local Account plans.
  • Ensure sales targets and goals are met.
  • Act in accordance with industry codes and company SOPs.
  • Manage a high-performance team culture.
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales management experience required.
  • Fluency in French is essential.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related fields.
  • Strong ability to manage and coach sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Immunology.
  • Conversational English is desirable.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Passion for team management.
  • Experience in alliance management is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and develop partnerships.
