Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with mental health populations.
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills.
• Proficient in technology and documentation.
• Ability to handle a caseload of 60 - 100 members.
• Experience with crisis planning and case management.
• Comfortable with direct client interaction.
• Empathy and active listening skills are essential.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced startup environment.
• Knowledge of community resources and support systems.
