Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or customer success.
• Proven track record of successful customer advocacy programs.
• Experience in developing customer content.
• Strong understanding of customer engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing customer communities is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Data-driven approach to tracking program performance.
• Experience in the software industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
