Overview

Cority is seeking a Customer Advocacy & Community Marketing Manager to develop and activate customer stories, build advocacy programs, and lead community strategies, all aimed at enhancing customer engagement and brand trust.

In Short

  • Develop and activate powerful customer stories.
  • Lead end-to-end story development including case studies and testimonials.
  • Conduct story-mining interviews to uncover business value.
  • Build and manage a segmented story library.
  • Optimize story capture workflows based on data insights.
  • Build and scale a high-impact advocacy program.
  • Own community strategy and engagement.
  • Drive review and referral strategy across platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to activate advocates.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in customer marketing or advocacy.
  • Strong data analysis skills to inform decisions.
  • Experience in community spaces like Reddit and Slack.
  • Highly organized and collaborative.
  • Strong storytelling abilities with a focus on outcomes.
  • Experience in regulated or safety-critical industries.
  • Familiar with EHS, ESG, or sustainability buyers.
  • Experience launching customer champions programs.
