As a Senior Customer Advocacy & Community Manager at Tekmetric, you will design a sustainable program that celebrates customer wins, fuels referrals and reviews, maximizes lifetime value and boosts long-term retention.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing or advocacy.
  • Proven track record of bootstrapping advocacy programs.
  • Must be customer-obsessed and familiar with engagement strategies.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Comfortable using data to inform strategy.
  • Familiar with marketing technologies (e.g., Postal.io, Hubspot).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter attitude with a bias for action.
