Overview

The mission of Customer Advocacy at Abnormal AI is to establish Abnormal as an enterprise-grade security solution through high-impact customer advocacy programs. The Senior Customer Advocacy Manager, Customer Evidence will report directly to the Head of Customer Advocacy and play a critical role in telling our customers’ stories, helping to validate our product, showcase business value, and influence the market.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of customer evidence.
  • Drive the customer evidence roadmap focusing on high-impact brands.
  • Fulfill inbound reference requests from internal teams.
  • Integrate AI-powered tools to scale storytelling.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify customer advocates.
  • Ensure discoverability and active use of customer evidence.
  • Track program performance and measure impact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in customer marketing or related role.
  • Skilled storyteller with proven ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Exceptional project management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator.
  • Excellent communicator with hands-on experience interviewing customers.
  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail.
