As an AI Engineer at Recruitics, you will focus on developing and optimizing AI-driven analytics products that enhance recruitment marketing through advanced technology.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing AI solutions for analytics.
• Strong Python skills with AI/ML frameworks expertise.
• Experience with SQL and data warehousing solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics visualization tools.
• Cloud experience, particularly with AWS AI/ML services.
• Nice to have: experience in recruitment marketing or HR tech.
• Portfolio showcasing AI/ML projects is a plus.
• Advanced certifications in AI/ML or data engineering are desirable.
