We’re looking for an experienced and passionate AI Engineer to join our digital banking team and help shape the future of finance through cutting-edge Generative AI technologies. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to building smart, scalable, and secure AI solutions that will redefine the way customers interact with their bank.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Generative AI models and relevant frameworks/libraries.
• Strong skills in prompt engineering and optimization.
• 3+ years of software development experience (preferably in Python).
• Hands-on experience with evaluation testing and model assessment.
• Knowledge of AI agent architectures, RAG, and judge models.
• Background in data science, machine learning, and deep learning techniques.
• NLP experience and familiarity with ML engineering best practices.
• Experience with container technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• A passion for staying at the forefront of Generative AI research and applications.
