Overview

The AI Engineer will participate in designing and planning software solutions, advocate for improvements in product quality, and craft code for high-scale web environments.

In Short

Design and plan software solutions.
Suggest improvements to technology systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders in Engineering.
Document technical solutions for clarity.
Advocate for product quality and performance improvements.
Write maintainable code following internal standards.
Identify and propose solutions for technical debt.
Implement LLM stack with cost and latency considerations.

Requirements

Advanced Python and FastAPI experience.
Deep knowledge of Langchain.
Experience with observability and debugging (Langfuse preferred).
Strong database knowledge (SQL, Redis).
Experience with asynchronous architectures.
Familiarity with Amazon Web Services.
Practitioner of SCRUM methodologies.
Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM behavior tuning.
