Overview

As an Amazon Operations Senior Analyst, you will be the operational and analytical go-to for Amazon FBA replenishment, managing the Transfer Order process, tracking performance, solving discrepancies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Own the Transfer Orders (TOs) process for FBA.
• Analyze operational data to drive process enhancements.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of Fulfillment and Operations experience.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes and shipping/logistics.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, databases).
• Practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated expertise in operational and data analytics.
• Proficiency in Power BI/Tableau, SQL, or Asana is a plus.
• Exposure to project management is a plus.
