Overview

As an AI Engineer at Recruitics, you will focus on developing and optimizing our AI Analyst GenAI product and Vision, our analytics platform, leveraging AI to extract insights from recruitment data.

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models for AI Analyst and Vision.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Experience with LLMs, NLP, and AI-powered analytics.
• Proven experience in developing AI solutions.
• Strong Python skills with AI/ML frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and NLP techniques.
• Proficiency in data pipelines and orchestration tools.
• Experience with SQL and data warehousing solutions.
• Familiarity with AI-driven analytics visualization.
• Cloud experience, particularly with AWS AI/ML services.
