We are RecLatam and we are hiring for this role for our client, a personal injury law firm located in Seattle, Washington, focusing on client and front desk management.

In Short

  • Professionally greet clients over the phone or via video.
  • Facilitate virtual check-ins and manage intake documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments using tools like Calendly or Outlook.
  • Ensure exceptional client experiences through professional communication.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls via VOIP systems.
  • Prepare and format legal correspondence and communications.
  • Organize digital case files and assist attorneys with data entry.
  • Provide support for virtual meetings and e-signature workflows.
  • Follow strict confidentiality and data protection standards.
  • Work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Requirements
