Overview

Reclatam is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Legal Assistant to support a U.S.-based law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pre-suit personal injury cases, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

In Short

• Manage pre-suit personal injury cases from start to finish.
• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish.
• Screen incoming calls and provide accurate information to clients.
• Utilize Case Peer software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Adapt to firm workflows and processes.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in pre-suit personal injury cases.
• Strong understanding of Virginia, Maryland, or D.C. laws preferred.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
