• Assist attorneys with managing cases from intake through resolution.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and other parties.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date case files using case management software (Clio).
• Monitor deadlines, schedule appointments, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Prepare, draft, and manage legal documents and correspondence.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain clear, professional communication.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Case Manager (Personal Injury experience preferred).
• Familiarity with Clio or other case management software.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work 9 AM - 5 PM PST business hours.
