Overview

The Senior Manager, Clinical Program Management is responsible for overseeing, planning, and delivering clinical studies within the RayzeBio programs, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulations to achieve study goals.

• Manage global clinical study teams and CROs.
• Ensure studies are completed on time and within budget.
• Plan and execute study timelines.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Track and report on study progress.
• Manage CRO and vendor budgets.
• Perform oversight review and quality control.
• Participate in CRO and vendor meetings.
• Summarize performance data and escalate risks.
• Up to 20% travel required.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of clinical operations experience.
• BA/BS degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in Microsoft Project and Smartsheets desired.
