Overview

The Head of External Engagement will build and lead RayzeBio’s external facing medical organization, focusing on patient advocacy, professional organizations, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• MD, DO, PharmD, or PhD (or equivalent scientific training).
• 15+ years in medical affairs, particularly in oncology.
• Proven leadership in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of oncology stakeholder engagement.
