Contract Administrator (Temporary) - Remote

Overview

The Contract Administrator will manage the contract process from negotiation to execution, working closely with sales, finance, and customers to ensure compliance and effective contract management.

• Drive the contract management process.
• Register the company with state and local agencies.
• Manage application and renewal processes for purchasing associations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar; law degree preferred.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in contract administration.
• Past paralegal experience preferred.
• Experience with contract management software.
• Knowledge of contract law and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
