Overview

AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Contract Administrator to manage pre-contract cost estimates and support procurement strategies for large-scale infrastructure projects.

In Short

  • Lead preparation of pre-contract cost estimates and benchmarking.
  • Develop and manage Bills of Quantities (BoQs).
  • Support procurement strategies including tendering and contract formation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align design and cost objectives.
  • Prepare and review tender documentation and pricing schedules.
  • Conduct market analysis and engage with the supply chain.
  • Assist in risk and value management and cost control.
  • Attend and represent at commercial meetings.
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience required.

Requirements

  • 8 Years relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Middle East.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven English language technical writing ability.
  • Strong background in quantity surveying for infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
