Requirements

• Experience in commercial roles for large capital programmes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with UK construction contracts (NEC, FIDIC, JCT).
• Ability to present clear outputs to stakeholders.
• Experience in Local Transport, Highways, or Maritime preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Workload planning and prioritization abilities.
• Client-facing attributes.
