Quantity Surveyor - Remote

Overview

Parsons KAFD is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our engineering, construction, and cost management team involved in significant projects within Riyadh's new Central Business District.

In Short

• Manage financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
• Prepare minutes for progress meetings.
• Support financial and contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Finalize Contractor’s monthly payment certificates.
• Ensure accurate cost and quantity records.
• Advise on measurement procedures and calculations.
• Evaluate unit rates for new work items.
• Lead preparation of variation orders and claims evaluations.
• Prepare financial statements for monthly reports.
• Coordinate and monitor team activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or related field.
• 8+ years of contract administration experience in a large firm.
• RICS membership is advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry practices.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in PC software related to contract administration.
