Parsons is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to manage cost efficiency and contractual compliance in a complex airport construction environment.

In Short

• Perform Quantity Surveying activities for Infrastructure Assets delivery.
• Monitor performance against Key Performance Indicators.
• Track costs and review payment applications.
• Analyze and evaluate claims.
• Ensure accurate estimation of changes to scopes of work.
• Measure quantities of works/services/supplies according to standards.
• Maintain records on costs, cash flows, and claims.
• Assist the Contract Manager with ad hoc tasks.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders effectively.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Graduate degree required; post-graduate preferred.
• 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Familiar with various forms of contracts and standards.
• Extensive knowledge in Quantity Surveying and industry practices.
• Conversant with required technologies and systems.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Prior experience in airport/infrastructure projects desired.
• Ability to independently perform Quantity Surveying activities.
