Overview

The Technical Services Specialist is responsible for first and second level support for all RapidAI software and hardware, providing effective diagnostic evaluation of end-user's needs.

In Short

  • Provide first and second level support for RapidAI software and hardware.
  • Diagnose and evaluate end-user needs effectively.
  • Respond to and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
  • Document and track issues accurately.
  • Monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.
  • Deliver technical training and support for personnel and customers.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Work collaboratively with the technical services team.
  • Utilize good judgment in all support interactions.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical support roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with software and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Technical training experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI applications in healthcare is a plus.
