In Short

• Provide physical service for Vinovo equipment and ensure optimal functionality.
• Test and validate Vinovo equipment according to standards.
• Prepare service visit reports for incubators and equipment.
• Organize and maintain records of all service parts.
• Develop best practices to ensure minimal equipment downtime.
• Spend 70% of work time on customer visits or travel.
• Assist in training the customer team on process knowledge.
• Develop proactive and reactive preventive management plans.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Preferably have B1-B2 level English proficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance and repair of incubator equipment in the poultry industry.
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Strong training skills to assist customer teams.
• Proactive approach to management plans.
• Ability to drive actively.
• Completed military service for male candidates.
• Effective use of MS Office programs.
