Overview

Ramp is a financial operations platform designed to save businesses time and money. The Senior Technical Program Manager will drive critical technical and cross-functional programs within the engineering organization to enhance product velocity and quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Experience in translating high-level roadmaps into technical projects.
• Strong engineering and program management skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (agile preferred).
• Ability to drive consensus across stakeholder groups.
• Experience in a hyper-growth startup environment is a plus.
