RFP Specialist - Remote

Overview

Ramp seeks an RFP Specialist to join its team and help scale into new, unique accounts. As we serve larger customers with more complex needs, the ability to respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires in a timely, consistent, and compelling way has become a key part of winning enterprise deals.

In Short

• Own the end-to-end RFP and security questionnaire response process for prospective enterprise customers.
• Coordinate inputs from Sales, Product, Legal, Security, Product Marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Draft and refine written answers to technical, functional, and business questions.
• Establish and maintain a scalable, up-to-date knowledge base of commonly asked questions.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage an RFP response platform.
• Partner with Sales leadership to track and improve RFP win rates.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and collaboration across teams.
• Ensure all responses are aligned with Ramp’s tone and brand.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working on RFPs or security questionnaires in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
• Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written communication and editing skills.
• Comfort working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with RFP software tools is a plus.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales or go-to-market teams.
• Strong sense of ownership and a bias for action.
