Overview

As a Manager of Technical Consulting at Ramp, you will lead a team that supports customers in implementation and expansion while ensuring high-quality outcomes and contributing to Ramp's growth.

• Lead and develop a team of Technical Consultants.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Oversee execution of customer engagement projects.
• Act as a player-coach on select customer engagements.
• Resolve technical blockers and project challenges.

• Drive operational rigor and process improvement.
• Lead initiatives to scale consulting capabilities.
• Make judgment calls in ambiguous situations.
• Translate organizational strategy into tactical execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years in solutions management or technical consulting.
• 2-3 years managing individual contributors.
• Experience balancing project work with leadership.
• Understanding of ERP systems and finance workflows.
• Ability to guide technical solution design.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Bias toward action and continuous improvement.
