Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Partnerships Enablement Manager with go-to-market (GTM) and/or sales experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enabling our partner ecosystem to effectively sell and implement Raintree’s solutions, driving mutual growth and success.

In Short

  • Develop and implement enablement strategies for partners.
  • Create and deliver training programs focusing on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to close partner deals.
  • Support beta launch processes with partners.
  • Coordinate partner product beta phases for scalability.
  • Analyze market trends and partner feedback.
  • Develop partnership enablement materials.
  • Work closely with marketing and product management teams.
  • Monitor and report on partner performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partner stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, GTM strategy, or partner enablement roles.
  • Proven track record of developing partner enablement programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for partnerships.
